If you participate in any of my paid services and are not satisfied with the service delivered, please contact me so we can discuss your concerns. Where appropriate, a refund or partial refund may be offered at my discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
